Weekly strategy consultation

System Crew GmbH from Rosenheim, an IT service provider focusing on innovative solutions for businesses, has been working with me since 2022 to implement a modern marketing strategy. The goal is to generate reach and raise awareness of the brand.

Together, we've already built a functioning LinkedIn channel, established a well-thought-out content strategy, developed an SEO-optimized IT glossary, and implemented lead generation mechanisms. Our current focus is on establishing an efficient sales marketing funnel and performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

The consultation takes place once a week, or more frequently if necessary, in close cooperation with the person responsible for business operations and marketing, on an uncomplicated hourly basis.

For Stiebner Verlag, known for its specialized cookbooks, handicraft books, and titles on the topic of strong women and feminism, I support the marketing strategy through SEO optimization and consulting services. The goal is to increase the visibility of the books and boost sales across various channels.


I write SEO copy for Amazon that's optimized for the publisher's entire product range to maximize the discoverability and sales of the titles. We also work together on a consulting basis to optimize individual aspects of the marketing strategy. A particular focus was on developing the customer journey in a workshop with the managing director and the marketing manager.


In addition, I also take on operational tasks on call, such as creating newsletter templates and supporting the implementation of other marketing measures.


The close cooperation with the managing director ensures a practice-oriented and continuous development of the strategy, which positions Stiebner Verlag in the market for the long term.

Mediacampus Frankfurt GmbHWorkshops and Marketing Consulting

For Mediacampus Frankfurt, an educational center for the book and media industry, I'm supporting the team in developing a clear positioning and targeted marketing strategy. The goal is to increase visibility, reach new target groups, and more strongly emphasize the unique selling point of "campus life."


The collaboration included three day workshops with the marketing and sales team on the topics of target audience analysis, brand DNA, unique selling propositions (USPs), competitive analysis and customer journey.


In addition, I offer on-call consulting hours to further develop and implement the strategies developed.


The results of the workshops and consultations are incorporated into a communications strategy tailored to the needs of the target groups. Our approach is practical and dialogue-oriented, ensuring that Mediacampus is positioned as a leading provider of training and continuing education in the long term.

Hotfoot RunStrategic and operational marketing support

The Hotfoot Run, a Cologne-based obstacle course with two annual events, is working with me on a long-term basis to significantly increase reach, brand awareness, and ticket sales. The goal is to increase revenue by 120% by 2025.


Together with the founder and managing director, I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy. This included optimizing the website, creating targeted content, managing social media channels, and running performance campaigns via Facebook and Instagram ads. The collaboration involved a dynamic exchange via WhatsApp and video chat, with a weekly workload of 15 hours.


Through these measures, we have already been able to increase the number of participants and optimize ticket sales.


Our focus is to establish the Hotfoot Run as one of the most popular events for sports enthusiasts in the long term and to ensure continuous growth.

For Penumbra, an erotic accessories store, I conducted three practical online workshops to strengthen the company's digital presence and marketing strategy. The goal was to optimize the website, improve the newsletter marketing process, and develop a sustainable content strategy.


In the workshops, we analyzed the website from a UX target group and SEO perspective and developed concrete measures to improve the user experience and conversion rates. We also jointly defined a structured process for creating newsletters and email campaigns to strengthen customer loyalty and optimize communication.


Finally, we developed a customized content strategy that created targeted content to strengthen the Penumbra brand, increase reach, and effectively engage the target audience.


The workshops were interactive and practice-oriented to ensure that the concepts developed could be directly implemented in practice.
